Senior Pastor [ Servant ]

Matt accepted Christ at the age of fourteen.  Three years later he was teaching Bible studies while leading worship, children’s ministries, and evangelistic outreach efforts.  Matt attended Life Bible College in San Dimas, CA. He subsequently served as an Associate Pastor for Solid Rock Foursquare Church in Las Vegas and was later called to serve on staff at the Bell Road Baptist Church in Auburn, California.  He later served at Calvary Chapel Lincoln.  Matt felt the calling to plant a church in Park City Utah in 2013.  Matt’s passion for ministry is to see soul’s saved and lives changed through the work of the Holy Spirit. One of his favorite scriptures is Psalms 17:15, “As for me I will see your face in righteousness; I shall be satisfied when I awake in your likeness.” Matt is married to his best friend, Justine. They have two sons, Jonah and Evan.

Women's Ministry [ Servant ]

Justine received the Lord at age three and has served in ministry all of her life. As a young girl, she helped out in her parent’s church in the Nursery and Children’s Church, and was involved in the worship team. At the age of eight, she helped lead Bible Studies in youth group and enjoyed participating in Church Musicals and the Church Drama Group. While attending Kids Camp, at the age of ten, Justine had a desire to serve in full-time ministry, helping out in Children’s Church and Youth Group. One of her favorite scriptures is Exodus 15:2 “The Lord is my strength and my song, And He has become my salvation; He is my God and I will praise Him; My father’s God and I will exalt Him.”

Mark Parrish

Elder [ Servant ]

From the time he gave control of his life over to Jesus Christ, probably like most of us, his life has been a series of “seasons.” ( Ecclesiastes 3:1 ) He learned early on, that God uses trials to produce spiritual growth in all our lives.  When his wife was killed by a drunk driver, he wondered what God was trying to teach him. Through that experience and most certainly over the years, he learned that God wanted him to trust Him completely.

( Proverbs 3:5-6 ).

Mark believes that we are either in a trial or waiting for a trial and that it is God’s purpose to move all Christians towards Christ likeness. ( Romans 8:29 ).  Several years ago, Mark and Kelly felt the Holy Spirit leading them to come to Utah where his daughter and her husband live. They came to Utah from Missouri, where they both served in a Church near Branson, Missouri. Mark was on the Board of Elders and was also given the opportunity to lead adult Sunday School.

He enjoys skiing, hiking, and watching NFL Football with his wife Kelly. It is his hearts desire to inspire others to adopt Christian values, wherever he can, within the sphere of his influence.

Kelly Parrish

Pregnancy Help Center [ Servant ]

Kelly Parrish prides herself of not only being born and raised in Arkansas but more importantly as being a born again child of God. She was raised in a Christian home and was given a great appreciation for music, ministry and servant-hood. Kelly has been married to her husband Mark for eight years. She was blessed to inherit a son and daughter when she married Mark and they recently celebrated the birth of the first granddaughter.

Kelly received her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Harding University and went on to teach Special Education for twelve years.  Mark and Kelly moved to Utah last year from Missouri to be closer to their daughter here in Park City. While in Missouri, Kelly began serving at a local crisis pregnancy center and found a love for saving lives and a joy in serving others and meeting their needs through the love of Jesus.

Kelly has continued serving in this ministry over the last few years as an administrative assistant, counseling education and client services manager. She strives daily to “walk in a manner worthy of her calling” and is excited to be used by God for His work.

But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.
